Last revised on April 9, 20241. Do not claim Miyo the Rabbit Yao, JAE-01 Xiao Meihua, or ALTJAE-01 Xiao Meiye's characters, official artwork, and/or voicebanks as your own. Please credit JAE VOCAL PROJECT for Xiao Meihua and Xiao Meiye, and Shi Wei Migi for ownership of all three characters. Credit tigermeat for the voicebank creation.2. NSFW/R-18 content is allowed to some degree (this does not apply to third-party works (MMD, etc.) from non-members as they have their own rules).3. Commercial use of this DiffSinger voicebank is allowed and permission is not required, but the voice must be properly credited (see rule #9).4. For commercial use of Miyo's, Xiao Meihua's, and Xiao Meiye's characters, permission is not required as long it falls under doujinshi (self-published) works. Contacting JAE VOCAL PROJECT and Shi Wei Migi is optional and encouraged as the members would like to see and support the work.5. Derivative characters aside from Xiao Meiye (an officially recognized male derivative of Xiao Meihua) must be made with permission.6. Shipping and pairings are allowed but do not claim as canon.
* Do not portray Meihua and Xiao Shancha as a romantic couple (incest). This applies to derivatives as well (such as Xiao Meiye with Xiao Naidong).
* Do not ship Miyo, Meihua, and Meiye with characters under the age of 18.
* Do not ship Miyo with Xiao Shancha or Xiao Naidong due to the voice providers' relationship as real-life siblings.7. Do not use this voicebank for hate speech, racial slurs, or in ways that would slander the voice provider, Shi Wei Migi.8. Political and religious use of Miyo, Meihua, and Meiye's image and voicebank is not allowed. If you are working on covers or creating originals and are not sure if this rule applies to the subject of the song, please reach out to the JAE VOCAL PROJECT team for more information and approval.9. Do not refer to this voicebank as anything other than "Miyo AI", "Miyo DiffSinger", "Xiao Meihua AI", "Xiao Meihua DiffSinger", "Xiao Meiye AI", or "Xiao Meiye DiffSinger". This includes other voice synthesizer characters that Shi Wei Migi voiced (such as Seishi Starchaser) as this was not coordinated or acknowledged as official by their proper owners. "DiffSinger" MUST be included in any upload's title and/or description.
* You may use the voice to sing as a role, such as an original character, but the credit must be specified regardless (examples: "This song uses Miyo AI's voice", "Vocals: Miyo AI").10. Voicebank redistribution is forbidden without permission.11. If using any of the official art, please credit the appropriate artists. You may NOT use these for commercial use.12. Unofficial roleplay, accounts, and ask blogs are allowed if permission from JAE VOCAL PROJECT and/or Shi Wei Migi is given.13. Regarding AI creations and associations:
* Creating the characters of Miyo, Xiao Meihua, and Xiao Meiye through AI artwork generation applications and software is prohibited.
* Using the artwork of Miyo, Xiao Meihua, and Xiao Meiye to train AI artwork generation applications and software is prohibited, especially without the explicit consent of JAE VOCAL PROJECT, Shi Wei Migi, and the original artist(s).
* Using this voicebank and Xiao Meihua's other voicebanks for UTAU and DeepVocal to train and create, use, and distribute AI voices and voicechangers is prohibited without explicit consent of both JAE VOCAL PROJECT and Shi Wei Migi.
** Regarding code, as is the nature of user-focused voice AI, there is some code involved. Please follow all rules outlined in the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 & Commons Clause License when utilizing TGM Character voice models for any purpose. TGM Character voice models can be used as a warm start for training other models, if applicable to the type of voice model (Not available for DiffSinger due to models being exported to ONNX for use in OpenUTAU) so long as proper attribution under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 is provided.
